Back to ReviewsFormer Employee SAS was a great company when sales incentives were aligned to what Rep’s were asked to sell. Over the past few years, the compensation plan has changed drastically with Reps being required to sell Software, Hosting and Services (as always) but they are now only comped on Software and Hosting. Culture within individual teams is still strong but the company overall is struggling to maintain it’s reputation as a best place to work as they prepare for IPO. Browse Other Reviews
