Overall experience has been positive. It has shifted over the last couple of years - a lot of high-level changes coming down from SAP, lack of investment in product and support has shifted morale. RTO has caused issues some. Competition in SMB has stepped up and with lack of support I worry that Concur will only focus on Enterprise level clients moving forward - causing the Small Business/Mid-Market level roles to suffer.

New initiative every 6 months. Don’t focus in on what actually works. Sold you dream that 8-12 months of hard work and top performance got you AE Position.
