Overall a great company to work for. Good work life balance, decent amount of inbound leads, good product market fit. Team of BDRs that set you meetings and then you pass along to implementation and client success post close, so you really get to focus on selling.

Overall experience has been positive. It has shifted over the last couple of years - a lot of high-level changes coming down from SAP, lack of investment in product and support has shifted morale. Its fantastic. As an SDR if you grind you can make really good money. Money that rivals an AE's OTE. Market fit is awesome, You're selling a product people need. Culture is fantastic if you want to grind you can, if you dont want to kill yourself they arent going to make you feel bad for not being in the top 10%
