Incredibly nepotistic, racist, sexist leadership with an outdated mentality for success and sales culture. There is no accountability at the top and everything is dictated by the regional leadership and their preference for yes men and women. If you keep your head down and tune out the bs, you can do well there financially, build great relationships, and learn from some of the best sellers in the market.
