Bad compensation for current employee. Especially because they try to take your previous role salary to be translated into your new role salary, even if the roles are completely different and not relevant.

I've loved my time at SAP so far. I have a great working relationship with my manager, work with an excellent extended team, and sell a really great product. Bad. FSI is tough for SAP plus culture is poor. SAP is really hard to do business with.
