Okay, pay could of been better. Great leadership though. My accounts were mid market and licenses AEs were incentive to work with partners. Which made our job harder to sell.

How good you do really depends on your territory and accounts. Many people do not hit quota or even get close. Some people consistently hit quota. Lots of change throughout the company consistently and it is hard to keep up with
