Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My experience is very up and down. People who have been at the company the longest get the best strategic accounts. People who have been in a sales under under 5 years get new accounts each year which is hard to develop strong relationships and harder to obtain quota. Also people with the platinum accounts get the best resources which makes other projects struggle. Leadership changes have changed the culture entirely. More layoffs to most likely come in 2025. Comp structure is great and job security is typically great. Base pay is low compared to other software companies.
