Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Rose Rocket is a fantastic place to work at, the startup culture is progressive without the toxicity found in most growing orgs.
There is a major emphasis on culture and everyone is welcome to participate in any initiative of their choice or start their own (think company wide shuffleboard tournaments, scavenger hunts, etc).
The sales structure is always evolving as the company lays out its foundation. There is plenty of opportunity for growth and feedback.
Compensation is fair but quota targets are not always achievable. However, management also values productivity and your efforts will not go unnoticed if you're striving and trying your best.
Would love to have more flexibility with the hybrid model as we're an in office company first (3 days in office/2 wfh) but love time off initiatives such as Summer Fridays, WFH months twice a year, Winter Holiday Closure.
Overall, great company powered by great people who do genuinely care to help you make your job not a just job rather a career.
