3 layoffs in 2.5 years. Sales is a revolving door. The enterprise team has consistently struggled to hit goals. High churn rate. The marketing leadership/team is non-existent now. There's just a total lack of vision and direction from upper leadership. The company lost its identity a while back, and nothing has been done to course-correct other than bring in more ineffective senior leadership. This place is a sinking ship, and they can't seem to figure out that their entire success has always hinged on the talent of individual contributors, who they often discard and disrespect.

Don’t do it, sinking ship. Revolving door with c-suite. Targets are unobtainable. Makes it hard for sellers to sell, complicated pricing and no materials for prospects. The whole company is a joke.
