Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was not the best, very limited work life balance, the uncapped earning potential is there if you work 7 days a week and 10-12 hour days. If you are not pacing for work they mandate weekends until you hit pace.
Great room for promotion within, targets and requirements are clear for promotion.
Culture is great, managers and leadership have strong vision for the future of the company.
Base comp is low, however once you hit your goal and exceed goal, commissions skyrocket and opportunity for great earning potential.
