Very low base salary and scheduled hours are almost always inclusive of OT, OT pay is complicated and variable based off your production

My experience overall was great, however long working hours, great earnings potential, micromanaged to the T and a grind. However the company has a great reputation for serving the community and giving back. Out of office activities and sales competitions were amazing and super fun, culture is overall great.
