My experience overall was great, however long working hours, great earnings potential, micromanaged to the T and a grind. However the company has a great reputation for serving the community and giving back. Out of office activities and sales competitions were amazing and super fun, culture is overall great.

Great sales training for retail mortgages. Company paid for SAFE training and licensing. If you have a support system, savings, and very little responsibility or commitments outside of work it could be a good fit. Good income for those who don’t know any better in the industry. Great training. If you hit goal you’ll make 100k+. My average was 300k as a top producer but the market was good.
