My initial experience was fantastic, but with the arrival of new leadership, my once-positive experiences took a disappointing turn. Conversations about KPIs, which were once constructive, became rather undesirable. Additionally, the high employee turnover began to have a noticeable impact on the business.

Been here less than a year and the comp structure isnt good, was a bit of a bait and switch after I got hired. Told me it was one thing, and it was another. Commission percentage only goes up if you go into a 100% commission role. My overall experience was positive. Robert Half is a good company that needs to update pay standards and compensation structure so it is no longer a draw.
