Insight Global does a great job in skill and sales development. The training programs set you up for success and forces you to really put in effort to find success.

Overall, I appreciated my time at Insight Global. The base+time to promotion are the biggest hurdles. You better hope you live in a LOC area or with family before you get promoted. There is a decent amount if turnover, and I think the initial promotion time has a lot to do with it. 1 year making under $50k will ensure that you keep your options open to new positions.
