Been here less than a year and the comp structure isnt good, was a bit of a bait and switch after I got hired. Told me it was one thing, and it was another. Commission percentage only goes up if you go into a 100% commission role. Even then, it is below industry standards, but you do get a ton of inbound leads, and previous client relationships to build off of, you are not doing it from scratch

My overall experience working at RH was bad, there is a lot of volatility, and sometimes management prefers to not be ethical if they are closing a juicy deal.
