Base salary is very low no matter the market. RH is superior to the competition in technical tools and database, but they are pricier than competitors who offer similar services. Nearly all leads are self-generated, and it's a lot of cold prospecting.

My overall experience working at RH was bad, there is a lot of volatility, and sometimes management prefers to not be ethical if they are closing a juicy deal. They don't care about people's lives and all they care about is the money, They would cover people that were clearly racist and had discriminatory behavior just cause they would help them close deals.
