Commission percentage only goes up if you go into a 100% commission role. Former Employee4.1Oct 20, 2023Good organization, at least in the Los Angeles office. Leadership is definitely present to explain go-to-market strategies, as well as modules. Good culture at this office as well, although I don't think that is the case nationwide. For a staffing company, they also have a pretty good solutions branch as well
