My overall experience working at RH was bad, there is a lot of volatility, and sometimes management prefers to not be ethical if they are closing a juicy deal. They don't care about people's lives and all they care about is the money, They would cover people that were clearly racist and had discriminatory behavior just cause they would help them close deals. It was money above ethics and people, always.

Good organization, at least in the Los Angeles office. Leadership is definitely present to explain go-to-market strategies, as well as modules. Good culture at this office as well, although I don't think that is the case nationwide. For a staffing company, they also have a pretty good solutions branch as well
