I do not see a lot of demand for temporary staffing services other than emergency maternity leave coverage and the overall product being temporary employees is not a great solution. They are hard to deal with and don’t always make a great impression on you as a salesperson. There is also a lot of internal competition for job orders and clients

I’ve learned a lot in this role one promotion and have enjoyed the journey. Territory based job I think can make or break it and building the book business can take too long causes people to leave. Work hard and pays off here.
