This is a very challenging place to work. The technology is superb but the culture, benefits, job security are trash. I worked there for a year and roughly 50% of my org was fired in that time frame. I enjoy working at Rippling! Lots of systems and many new launches to stay on top of but we have a great product that I can get behind, especially coming from a payroll background where we didn't have nearly as ground-breaking technology.
