Senior leadership was the best its been about 3 years ago, since then everyone who made the culture great has since moved on. To be expected when you get to the $2b+ marker. Layoffs every quarter and the SVP of SMB only cares about himself. Has made life miserable for the large org he represents

The leadership at RingCentral is the worst I've experienced. I would not encourage anyone to work in the Expansion organization. You won't make any commission until you hit 51% of quota and commission payout is only 2% now.
