Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Reynolds is a great company with the best people and software in the industry. The benefits are incredible and the training program is top of the line. You will leave this sales job fit for ANY sales job in the world. However, they struggle to deliver for their clients due to the high turnover rate. Installs of all types are failing, TAC is inexperienced, there are no helpful resources for clients, and all of it falls on the field sales team. Meanwhile, sales goals, responsibilities and expectations continue to increase while the pay plan gets worse/more complicated. If you hit your goal, they punish you with a higher/unattainable goal. Club/Presidents Club is completely subjective, not intended to reward the best reps, but the favorite reps. The previous owner's mindset was "there is no such thing as a work/life balance" and "be a good steward, and only then will you be rewarded". New leadership is trying change away from that, but they are listening to the wrong people in the organization. This company is all about who you know and what you are willing to sacrifice to get what you want. For me, I gave everything and it still wasn't enough. Browse Other Reviews
