Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Great place to learn your craft and get a big name on your CV. In your early quarters you can potentially earn impressive payouts. But I wouldn't advise coming here and expecting to forge a long-lasting career.
Seen my whole team sacked within 24 months and the comms structure is developed to encourage you out the door as your tenure increases. Comms payout rules change almost every quarter along with the sales org structure. A great deal of favouritism and internal politics.
The product itself is great and you can put up with the above if you have thick skin and a good work ethic.
