Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I would give the company a 2/5. It could be a decent starting point in your career, but then many things must improve:
- The product training is too poor and there is almost zero sales training
- Target become quite unachievable after 1 year
- The culture is ok, but very individualistic. What impressed me the most is that if you try to ask how you can become better nobody answers clearly, you can't know what top performers are doing well, and everything is so "secret" to the detriment of the company and of the sales pro
- Too much internal quality policy, makes it almost impossible to try different sales approaches, and you can't even say many keyworkds or concepts during a call that can lead to a contract Browse Other Reviews
