Base comp is good, but the sales org is immature and doesn't have the tools or engine running. Pretty shocking considering the success in the retail space and size of the company.

I would give the company a 2/5. It could be a decent starting point in your career, but then many things must improve: - The product training is too poor and there is almost zero sales training - Target become quite unachievable after 1 year - The culture is ok, but very individualistic.
