Current Employee Great company, great product, great people. The Comp plan incentivizes top performers and hinders everyone else. Quota's are the same regardless of territory, which is awful. The product is incredible, but a very tough sell in the SMB/Commercial space.
Recently, culture has gotten very toxic and micro-managing is through the roof... Expectations for KPI's are unrealistic and forcing the focus to be on not getting yelled at versus supporting reps to sell.
Company is trying to IPO and is not focused on supporting their reps/retaining people. Simply focused on getting $$ in the door however they can.
