Organization is currently top-heavy - more VPs, admins, and other non revenue generating roles than salespeople. C suite out of touch with the market and insulated by nepo hires and yes-people. Great people in the sales and operations teams. Advise waiting for new executive leadership to clean house and refocus.

Culture was highly competitive, car allowance was part of your income (as opposed to a reimbursement), but little to no training. Also, no real cap on work flow so high performers were often punished by having more put on their plates.
