C suite out of touch with the market and insulated by nepo hires and yes-people. Great people in the sales and operations teams. Advise waiting for new executive leadership to clean house and refocus.

They are currently restructuring, which brings layoffs and cuts. Commission is different depending on department: grocery/retail sales are at 3% bars and restaurant sales are at 4%.
