Culture was highly competitive, car allowance was part of your income (as opposed to a reimbursement), but little to no training. Also, no real cap on work flow so high performers were often punished by having more put on their plates.

Some sales routes are better than others. Company has gone downhill overall. Commissions have been cut and reduced. They are currently restructuring, which brings layoffs and cuts.
