I would stay away from this place. It used to be a great place to work when I joined, but since Summer of 2022 it's been going downhill rapidly. The culture of the company is toxic as hell, there's so much prefential treatment for lead flow, and there's no clarity on inbound lead rotation. Some get 10-20/month, some get 0-5. It's feast or famine in the sales org, and very few reps hit quota, and they've been quietly doing another round of layoffs. Also, leadership is all over the board with their strategic goals and vision for the company.

Good company that's riddled with incompetent management that don't understand how to sell our products. Terrible market and product segmentation which impact AEs' ability to hit quota. Such a shame.

Remote has been great! For people that do what they are supposed to do they succeed. For those that don't, and only work at a bare minimum will not be successful here. Leadership is very supportive, and makes changes with sales success in mind. It is easy to exceed quota here and the benefits are incredible!
