The culture took somewhat of a drastic change with 2 C-level changes in several months. The entire upper echelon of sales management stepped out (to a single competitor) and that generated massive changes downstream. IMO the 'old' Redis felt more caring and had a better feeling of work-play-hard culture.

The changes in leadership are resulting in record bookings!! Redis has swapped in the best leaders in the industry across the board and the wheels are up! Such a fun and rewarding place to work.

Only a couple months in but everything is great so far. Most impressed by the sales leadership teach (a lot of ex-MongoDB, AppDynamics, etc) who have a keen understanding of how to get this company to the next level. Product is well loved, teams are hard-working and leadership has the vision. Great place to be.
