I've been here almost 6 months and during htat time we've experienced a lot of change in the name of maturing the organization, specifically the GTM org. I'm very excited to be at Redis (note it's not Redis Labs) during this time. We're growing, and re-writing the sales playbook with some great new leadership and a proven CEO.

Useful

Lots of positive changes in the GTM/Sales org that are setting up for a strong FY25. New leadership, new enablement team (akin to MongoDB), new updates to Redis, and a forward-looking path to IPO within 1-2 years. Great time to join and make an impact on a rising company!
