Needs to better understand pricing landscape and their customer fit. The product is class leading and benefits the customer being sold to. Recurly gets in its own way in terms of acquiring customers

Recurly is significantly behind the pace when compared to its competition. The leadership team should have been fired 2 years ago. Can't understand why the PE firm hasn't done so. My overall experience was terrible. They had no fit int he enterprise market and tried to push up market with a tool that couldn't.
