My overall experience is bad. The sales manager at Recurly is so inexperienced and arrogant it ruins the experience. He makes you schedule an appointment through an executive assistant, can’t make it through a pitch deck, and says they need to sell collaboratively but will take over deals so he can be in the spotlight. They just removed the CEO, hopefully they bring in new sales management.

Needs to better understand pricing landscape and their customer fit. The product is class leading and benefits the customer being sold to. Recurly gets in its own way in terms of acquiring customers
