This is the best SaaS company I've worked for in 15+ years. Working hard leads to exceptional earnings, and the executive leadership team is determined to make sure you succeed. This ELT will roll up their sleeves and get into deals to will them to victory. Everyone rowing in the same direction is special.

Terrible, high turnover, micro management, poor product market fit especially in the UK, whilst competitors only get better.

My overall experience is bad. The sales manager at Recurly is so inexperienced and arrogant it ruins the experience. He makes you schedule an appointment through an executive assistant, can’t make it through a pitch deck, and says they need to sell collaboratively but will take over deals so he can be in the spotlight.
