Great automated sales promotion process that allows for reps to immediately increase their salary and AE level (hit the quota level above yours for two quarters in a row). Product is industry-leading and easy to sell. Culture, leadership, and trust within the sales team are severely lacking across all levels of sales leadership. Sales culture is bro-ey. If those aspects of a job aren't critically impactful for you, this is a good place to work, hit quota, and go home.
