Company is currently not performing well, direct competitor announced layoffs. They created a new AE team that will pay you less and call it a promotion. When everyone started you were told you’ll left promoted within 9 months. Now there’s no telling where the company is headed with the SDR org. SDRs now have a quota for the their quota (yes, you read that right).

Lot of products and massive company. Easy to get lost in the shuffle. Company is in complete cost cutting mode and no sales tools to speak of outside of salesloft and salesforce. (no Navigator!)
