This role was great to gain experience in an SMB market. However, it has trended downwards after several rounds of layoffs. The upward trajectory has stagnated. No reps have hit quota in months and comp structures have changed for the worse.

Leads have dried up. Comp gets worse every year. Office culture is dead due to a few layoffs. Needs an upper management shake up badly

Disconnect between leadership (CEO down to sales managers) promises and reality. Sales leadership announce new higher targets every few months even though quota hasn’t been met in months.
