RSA SecurID is a excellent company to be a salesperson (IMO). Quotas are obtainable (but not easy). With work & luck you can beat your quota. Personally I find this to be a good working culture. In my experience, management sincerely wants to be engaged in closing deals (it's not lip service). Management also gave us good tools to monetize RSA to the prospects. We have a 401k match and good benefits. I wish we had inbound quality leads. IMO, the marketing dept or BDR will not save you.

Good company to sell for. Good mgt team who will help. Excellent corp culture. Not an easy sale. No inbound leads.

I worked for RSA while it was still part of Dell and then spun off to STG private equity. Overall, it was a good experience. I was able to develop my career at the company in the EMC/Dell years. It's a very different company now and you need to do your research on the product line and its leadership.
