My overall experience was the worst professional experience I have ever had. I would not recommend working for this company to anyone.

pay is way below average- they have a unique structure where no matter what your quota is you get the same bonus. So someone with a $10m quota who hits would get paid the same as someone with a $1m quota, or the business seems to value that $10m and $1m equally.
