Quickbase is a great company to work for. Our product really fits our the market I sell to (smb) but we do also have lots of enterprise customers as well. I have a great boss, and lots of support from technical teams.

I’ve been enjoying my time at Quickbase so far! I’ve gotten really lucky with my manager although I’ve heard many other like their managers too.

Front line leadership is not great. Certain people are only in their leadership role because of tribal knowledge and not actual merit. Commercial team sells but it's all fools money based off of price hikes and compliance. Strat and Enterprise segments lack the vision/leadership for success.
