Initially fantastic. They have gone overboard with quota requirements. We just had 3 years of price increases and now the customer base is sticker fatigued. Good leadership but a little in over their heads trying to compete with the last couple years of success. A lot of people are moving on to other companies.

Quickbase has changed a lot in the past two years. We are getting ready to get sold and Individual contributors are suffering. They are flooding the Commercial team with sellers and increasing quotas with poor compensation. Not an ideal place to work right now.

Overall experience has been positive. Glad I chose to work at a company with product/market fit and provides real value back to customers using the platform.
