Compensation ranges differ a great deal if you are coming in from the outside versus promoted from within, this has caused some disparity. It is a complex product to sell, platform product with infinite use-cases.

Honestly don't know how the company is still in business as they have less than 15% annual growth. They use two CRMs (Quickbase and Salesforce) so be prepared to spend a lot of time on admin and not selling. Out of 15 enterprise sellers less then 20% hit...Read More
