Quota changed thanks to PE taking over. Just destroyed our comp plan. I would not work apply or even think of working here.

My overall experience with Quest was good. They had acquired my initial employer and the integration of the organizations seemed to go well. Plenty of opportunity to learn about the new offerings was provided while we continued to sell the existing portfolio. They also embraced the fully remote model well during the pandemic.

Executive Leadership changed 3 times in my 2yr 2months there. Which means, any strategy or Executive Leadership vision never worked or lasted. Very heavy on compliance plays and audits (customer's are extremely upset), making it difficult to become a trusted advisor. My overall experience at Quest Software was frustrating. The lack of leadership and opportunities within the company were very limited. Favoritisms overruled qualifications.
