Great company with incredible people. The quotas for the sales teams are extremely difficult to hit consistently.

Qualtrics is a company without a soul following its acquisition by private equity firm silverlake. It’s a shame as the company used to be a great place to work with engaged and motivated employees working towards a common goal. The only care in the world in Qualtrics now is revenue. Would avoid at all costs.

My overall experience was fantastic until I was put on an enterprise team with the wrong leader. Good leadership makes all the difference. The company also was getting so big with so many teams dipping into the same accounts (internationally) that even leadership was making you fight dirty for credit to work and be compensated for deals, and that's a deal breaker for...Read More
