Qualtrics is an incredible place to cut your teeth in Software sales. The challenge that Qualtrics presents, is how high does it fit in a CIO's tech stack. I think over the next few years the answer to that question is going to pan out, and hopefully it will lead to a 2nd IPO out of Silver Lake. Additionally, an easy area where Qualtrics wins is the culture. They will take care of you, let you prioritize family, and genuinely have some of the best people working in tech.

Company is going to lots of changes and leadership is not a high point. Product is really cool and customers like it.

It lost what made it special, and frankly the world is going away from the "survey." Qualtrics did innovate and buy companies to have things to sell that didn't require survey or feedback responses, but it is too much of a commodity for people to hit their numbers consistently. Only the few favorite reps that were being hooked up with hot territories were hitting.
