Used to be such a successful culture, great leaders, fantastic collaboration… but with the latest acquisition last year the company started pouring gasoline on everything. It was terrible to be a witness to such turmoil with zero say in what was happening, and even less of a heads up. As a leader, I expected to have a seat at the table or at least to be heard when I raised my hand with a business case for an alternative approach. Instead I was insulted and my success was made impossible very quickly.
