-Acceptable WLB, less pressure than hyperscalers

Cons
-No directions from leadership, just "close as much you can in 2023". Huge uncertainty for 2024.
-The cheaper the better is the new mantra, then asking to sell value to customers
-Low salaries, tentatives of retroactively screwing money from commissions through a new comp plan signed in October that brings +25% quota adding on top a new product that has 6-9months sales cycle
-Misaligned priorities across understaffed departments.
-You will see unbelievable inefficiencies at all levels
