Leadership has changed significantly over the past year. Pay is strong but culture is changing pretty drastically in the wrong direction. They are investing less in their commercial market which is disappointing but the product is very strong

Difficult at times. Wasn’t set up for success initially but were working through the kinks one step at a time. Management overall is okay but some decisions haven’t felt fair amongst the team.

My overall experience was positive. The storage market is flooded and fairly commoditized. Timing and territory will have a large impact on your level of success/attainment.
