Products are excellent and industry leading. Internal processes, systems and required trainings (overhead) are challenging and/or time consuming. My customers love us and it feels good selling a product or service you know will help the customer.

It is a good place to learn with really experienced AEs and SEs. The leap from BDR to AE is a big jump. But not impossible. Hyperscalers are a massive challenge.
